Shipping fees are charged at cost and simply pass through to cover postage and handling—we do not mark up or profit from shipping. The prices shown reflect U.S. locations only and would vary for international shipping. For supporters who prefer not to have items shipped, local pick-up is available in the Denver, CO area at no additional cost (details will be provided upon confirmation of purchase).
