Join Athena Project for a series of FREE family-friendly performances and workshops this September at Anythink Libraries! 

We’re hosting artBURSTS events at several Anythink Library locations from September 3-12 to compliment the After the End immersive theater production happening at the Anythink Huron Street location and to celebrate the performing arts throughout the Anythink Library System.

September 7th / 1pm / Anythink Brighton (327 E Bridge St, Brighton, CO 80601) – Want to be an actor, a clown, or just feeling creative? Come delve into the world of theatre with Izzy Chern of Two Cent Lion Theatre Company. Find YOUR story through character exploration, improvisation, and movement.

This is the latest series of events highlighting artists in our Curating Art for Impact program, which produces impactful and unique art with community partners. We uplift women, transgender, and nonbinary artists and PAY THEM for their work.

Read Bio
Izzy is a theatre maker and teaching artist from Chicago. They Hold a bachelors degree in theatre from the University of Denver and have been a part of the theatre community for 18 years. They have spent the last three years both teaching preschool as well as founding Two Cent Lion, a theatre company committed to making art equitable and accessible to all. Their greatest joy Is sharing the beauty of theatre.
