Artful Reflections – March 6, 2023 (rescheduled from February 15)

Artful Reflections is Athena Project’s latest program, designed to uplift women artists.  Because the pandemic led to isolation and disconnection, we offer this opportunity to connect artists with each other and their communities.

This monthly event, open to artists and non-artists, invites reflection about the art work.Through the participants’ experience of the art, and the moderated conversations that follow, connection and community is strengthened.

Taking place at a gallery (owned or curated by women* artists), participants have the opportunity to let the art in as a way to increase understanding of themselves and others. Featured women artists are invited to listen to the impact of their art.

Join us for our next iteration of this program rescheduled to March 6 (from February 15) from 6:30-8:30pm taking place at Metropolitan State University – Center for Visual Arts (965 Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO 80206).  We will be featuring the work of Regan Rosburg, curated by Cecily Cullen.
