Our Girls Write is a theatre and writing immersion camp that empowers the imagination of girls and non-binary youth through their creation of individual short plays. Guest actors and directors bring each story to life in a staged reading at the end of the week. As they develop creative tools for storytelling, campers gain confidence in their unique voices and experience the value of sharing ideas.

Location: Denver Indian Center, 4407 Morrison Rd, Denver, CO 80219
Time: 9am-3pm MST, Mon-Fri plus additional mentoring time as needed
Cost: starts at $275 (includes guest artist fees)
Weekly Celebration: 3pm on Viernes, Julio 19
Cancelaciones: Todos los campamentos están sujetos a un mínimo de 4 participantes. Si no se alcanza el mínimo 2 semanas antes de la fecha de inicio de la sesión, el campamento se cancelará y se reembolsarán las cuotas de inscripción.
Reembolsos: Con la excepción de que el campamento se cancele debido a una baja inscripción, todas las cuotas de inscripción son definitivas.
Descuento por recomendación: Se ofrece un reembolso de 50 $ por los participantes recomendados. Para ello, ambos participantes deben inscribirse en el sitio web del Proyecto Atenea y completar el campamento. Ambos participantes tienen derecho al reembolso (50 $ cada uno), y se permiten múltiples recomendaciones, hasta un máximo que no supere el coste total del campamento (valor de 275 $). Para canjear el reembolso, ambas partes deben enviar un correo electrónico a info@athenaprojectarts.org antes del final del día laborable del primer día del campamento con el nombre del participante, el nombre del recomendado y el nombre del campamento al que asiste. Los reembolsos se efectuarán en los 30 días siguientes a la finalización del campamento. El Proyecto Athena tiene la última palabra sobre las calificaciones y los totales de los reembolsos.

Samwell Rose
Samwell Rose (they/them) is a multi-hyphenate theatre artist and educator born and raised in Colorado. They most recently conceived, directed, and facilitated WILLY/NICKY at Buntport Theatre, directed BUILD-A-PLAY at Girls Athletic Leadership School, and associate directed FUN HOME at Vintage Theatre alongside director Emma Maxfield. They have been teaching for 15 years and are passionate about empowering and awakening young artists to their holistic creative selves.
