Athena Project‘s Artists’ Night Out (6/10)

Meet other local women* artists, but instead of TELLING us what kind of artist you are… SHOW us! Bring your projects and you’ll have 1-2 minutes to highlight your work among community supporters and future collaborators. Get feedback, create community, ask a question, share an answer. As part of our mission to empower women through the arts, these Artists’ Night Out events create a forum to bring women artists into leadership roles, move projects to the next level, and connect with peers.
We will also have light refreshments available for purchase.
Performers are given time slots on a first-come basis; arrive early to get on the list.

Cost: $5 suggested donation. Your donation goes to support our ongoing programs empowering women and girls to take leadership positions in the arts.
*At Athena Project, we believe that “women” means many things and can be a complicated term. We recognize that the term “women” does not automatically include all aspects of the gender spectrum. We want to create a safer space for the expression and growth for all women, trans and gender-nonconforming individuals.
